Our Work
Helping Tulsan's Reach New Heights
Tulsa Area COVID-19 Response Fund Grant and City of Tulsa Grant
Along with All Souls Community Resource Bank, we partnered with Vernon AME Church to increase the capacity of their food pantry. Through 10 months of dedicated grant support, we provided 4,068 families with sufficient groceries to prepare a minimum of four nutritious meals each, nurturing hope and health in our community.
City of Tulsa American Rescue Plan Act grant
Initially spanning from September 2021 to September 2022 with an authorization of up to $45K, our grant was extended until February 28, 2023. This extension not only increased our funding capacity but also allowed us to enhance the All Souls Community Resource Bank's meal production by including meat and fresh produce.
Ed Darby Foundation Grant
With grants from the Ed Darby Foundation, we were able to assist All Souls Community Resource Bank to supply essential groceries for distribution at Unity Learning Academy and Monroe Demonstration Academy. This initiative was part of our collaboration with the All Souls Partners in Education program, where we successfully provided grocery support families during monthly school dinners at Unity.
Tulsa Area United Way COVID Fund
Facilitated a grant from the Tulsa Area United Way Emergency COVID funds for the work of the All Souls Community Resource Bank to supply the Vernon AME church food pantry and homeless feeding program.
Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation
Facilitated a grant from the Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation to support the work of All Souls Partners In Education to hire artists who painted inspirational murals in Tulsa Public School Monroe Demonstration Academy.
